Terms of Service

EagleX operates on a 100% transparent IP handover model:

• Complete Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full project payment, all custom source code, design assets, database schemas, and documentation created for the project are assigned 100% exclusively to the Client.
• Open-Source & Third-Party Libraries: Any third-party libraries (e.g. Next.js, Tailwind, React, Firebase) remain subject to their respective MIT/Apache licenses.
• No Proprietary Lock-In: We build on standard, production-ready frameworks ensuring complete portability without vendor lock-in.

Our 7-Day MVP and rapid delivery sprints commence on the agreed Sprint Kickoff date after initial scope lockdown and deposit confirmation. The timeline depends on prompt client feedback on key architectural gates. Additional features outside the signed scope will be deployed in a dedicated subsequent sprint.

• Milestone Structuring: Projects are invoiced on structured milestone schedules agreed upon in the statement of work (SOW).
• Post-Launch Warranty: Every delivery includes a 14-day zero-defect warranty covering any bug fixes or regressions within original project specifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Indian Contract Act, 1872 and US Uniform Commercial Code):

• Liability Cap: In no event shall EagleX's aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client under the specific Statement of Work.
• Governing Law: For clients in India, disputes are governed under the laws of India with jurisdiction in designated commercial courts of India. For US and international clients, disputes will be resolved through binding commercial arbitration (AAA / international rules).
